Settings

Audit events
Recorded in System Logs. Passwords, message bodies, attachments and
recipient detail are never included in any of them.

Messages you might see
| Message | Means |
|---|
| Webmail has not been set up for your organization yet | No verified mail server. An administrator must run the wizard. |
| Your mailbox is not connected yet | No password stored for you. |
| The mail server rejected the mailbox username or password | Wrong credentials, or the password changed at the provider. |
| This mailbox is temporarily locked | Too many rejections. Wait, or ask an administrator. |
| The mail server's security certificate is not trusted for this hostname | A certificate problem — check the hostname with your provider. |
| That mail server address is not allowed | The hostname points somewhere ERPat will not connect to, such as an internal address. |
| This folder was rebuilt on the mail server | Normal after some provider maintenance. The folder reloaded itself; nothing was lost. |
Limits
- Drafts are read-only: the Drafts folder is visible and its messages
open, but the composer does not save into it.
- Attachments must be downloaded rather than previewed in place.
- Search covers sender and subject, not message bodies.
- Webmail has no public or mobile API surface in this version.
