Using KPI Matrix · Manager

Team Matrix

The working grid of the module: every scored employee in one sortable table, with their template, composite score, rating and progress — and the button that launches new assignments.

????
Manager only (kpi_matrix_manage). Reach it at KPI Matrix → Team Matrix (URL kpi_matrix/team_matrix). The table is sorted by Score (highest first) by default and has a refresh button.

Statusthe assignment's state — pending / in_progress / completed.
Metricshow many metrics produced a score, as scored / total (e.g. “22 / 24”). A quick data-coverage read.

????
Sort by Score to rank, by Rating to group bands, or scan the Metrics column for anyone with unusually low coverage (e.g. “6 / 24”) — those composites are low-confidence and shouldn't drive decisions. See Data Sufficiency.

Assigning employees

The top-right Assign Employees button opens the assignment modal — this is how people get into a cycle in the first place. Pick a review cycle, a template, one or more employees (multi-select), and optionally a reviewer, then Assign. The full walk-through is on Assignments & Manual Entry.

Drilling into one employee

Click the View (eye) button on any row to open that person's assignment detail — a read-only scorecard with their composite score, rating, data-sufficiency bar, and a category-by-category breakdown of every metric (raw value, normalized score, weight). Managers also get a Recalculate button there for a single person. Full detail on Assignments → the detail modal.

????
The same detail view is the one screen a regular employee can reach — but only for their own assignment. The module checks ownership before opening it, so no one can read a colleague's scorecard by guessing an ID.
