KPI Overview
The manager workspace's landing page — a quick, org-wide read on how performance is distributed and who's at the top. It's the first thing you see when you open KPI Matrix.
kpi_matrix_manage permission. Reach it at KPI Matrix → KPI Overview (URL
kpi_matrix).
What's on the page
Two panels, both read-only. There are no forms or actions here — it's a dashboard you scan, then drill into the other pages from.
A doughnut chart counting how many evaluated employees fall in each rating band — coloured with the standard band palette. One glance tells you the shape of your workforce: mostly Meets? A healthy tail of Outstanding? A worrying cluster in Needs Improvement?
A ranked table of your highest composite scores — #, Employee, Score, Rating — so recognition and promotion conversations start from data.
Reading the distribution
Each slice is a rating band. A well-run team tends toward a bell shape centred on Meets, with smaller wings of Exceeds/Outstanding and Needs-Improvement/Unsatisfactory.
The Top Performers table
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| # | rank by composite score (highest first) |
| Employee | the person's name |
| Score | composite score, 2 decimals (1.00–5.00) |
| Rating | the rating band the score falls in |
Empty state
Before any cycle has been calculated there's nothing to plot — both panels show “No data available.” Once you run a calculation (see Review Cycles → Calculate) the charts populate.
