Warehouse pages use coloured badges and status labels to show where each record stands and what you can do next. Use the tables below to read those labels at a glance across receiving orders, transfers, cycle counts, picking, stock items, and the movement history.

Receiving order statuses

Status Meaning What you can do
Pending Order created, nothing received yet Add expected items, start receiving, or delete
In Progress Some items have been checked in Continue receiving, then complete
Completed Accepted stock has been put away View only; no further receipts allowed
Cancelled Order was stopped View only

Stock transfer statuses

Status Meaning What you can do
Pending Transfer created at the source Add items, ship, or delete
In Transit Stock has left the source warehouse Complete to receive at destination
Completed Stock credited to the destination View only
Cancelled Transfer was stopped View only

Cycle count statuses

Status Meaning What you can do
Planned Count scheduled, no sheet yet Generate the count sheet, or delete
In Progress Count sheet generated, counting underway Enter counted quantities
Completed Counting finished, awaiting approval Review variances before approving
Approved Variance adjustments posted to stock View only; final
Cancelled Count was stopped View only

Picking order statuses

Status Meaning What you can do
Pending Order awaiting assignment Assign to a picker
Assigned A picker has been allocated Begin picking
In Progress Picking underway Continue picking
Completed All lines picked Move to packing
Packed Order packed for dispatch Ship the order
Shipped Order despatched View only
Cancelled Order stopped View only

Stock item status and health

Badge Meaning What you can do
Active Item is in normal use Receive, transfer, and count as usual
Inactive Item temporarily not in use Reactivate when needed
Discontinued Item retired from the catalog Keep for history
Green on-hand Stock is above minimum levels No action needed
Yellow on-hand Stock at or below its minimum level Plan a replenishment
Red on-hand Stock at or below its reorder point Reorder now

ABC class and movement types

Label Meaning What you can do
A High-value or high-priority item Count more often, watch closely
B Medium-priority item Count on a normal cycle
C Low-priority item Count least often
Receipt Stock received into a warehouse Trace back to a receiving order
Issue Stock issued out of a warehouse Trace back to the source document
Transfer Stock moved between warehouses Trace back to a stock transfer
Adjustment Correction from a cycle count Trace back to the count
Reservation Stock set aside for an order Review the linked order
Return Stock returned into a warehouse Trace back to the return source
