Company Tag / ID Studio
Company Tag is where ERPat produces employee ID cards. It ships the classic per-employee card export plus ID Studio — a complete pipeline for numbering employees, designing reusable card templates, generating cards in bulk, tracking every issued card in a registry, and letting anyone verify a card by scanning its QR.
What you can do
Define an ID format like {COMPANY}-{YEAR}-{SEQ:5} and assign unique IDs automatically — no duplicates, even for parallel batches.
Drag employee & company fields, a photo, QR/barcode, text and shapes onto a front/back canvas, then publish a versioned template.
Pick a template and employees; ID Studio renders front/back images and a print-ready PDF for each and records them.
Search the registry, open a card's history, mark it printed, issue it, revoke it (with a reason) or replace it — history is preserved.
Every card's QR opens a public page that reports valid / expired / revoked / superseded / unknown — and nothing else.
A daily job expires cards past their validity date and cleans up old rendered files per your retention setting.
