What this module does
The User Guide portal collects the end-user documentation of every active ERPat module into one searchable place. Instead of hunting for instructions per module, you browse a single library of role-based guides, standard operating procedures, status legends, compliance reminders and troubleshooting articles.
Every guide is synchronized straight from the module that owns it. When a module's documentation changes, the portal records a new version automatically, so you can always see what changed and when.
Who uses it
- All staff — look up how to perform a task, what a status badge means, or what to do when a process fails.
- Supervisors and process owners — point new team members at the Getting Started guides and SOPs for their role.
- System administrators — monitor documentation coverage, review sync health, moderate reader feedback and measure which guides are actually used.
Key areas
- Guide index — search and filter guides by module, role, document type and difficulty.
- Guide pages — step-by-step procedures with a table of contents, version history and related guides.
- Was this helpful? — rate a guide or report unclear, outdated or broken content directly from the page.
- Admin backend — synchronization center, version history, feedback queue, analytics, SEO and settings for documentation managers.
