The features themselves are delivered by ERPat's core; this module registers Human Resource in Manage Modules and on the public homepage.

What it manages

• Employees — team member records with rich profile tabs.
• Structure — departments and salary-grade-aware job positions.
• Time — attendance, schedules, and biometric/kiosk capture.
• Leaves — leave applications, credits, and holidays.
• Discipline — disciplinary records with industry presets.

Good to know

• Core HR keeps its existing per-feature toggles (employee, department, attendance, schedule, leave, holidays, disciplinary).
• The implementation lives in core (application/controllers/Team_members.php and related); this package is metadata and configuration only.
