File Storage

Overview and documentation map for the ERPat File Storage module — a secure, Google-Drive-style file workspace with folders, versions, controlled sharing, team spaces, and governance.

What File Storage is

File Storage lets your people store operational files in managed folders and team spaces, keep a full version history, share controlled links (with expiry, password, and email OTP), collect files through upload-only requests, and recover trashed items — without ever leaving ERPat.

It is a logical layer over ERPat's existing file registry: it manages only the files it owns and is deliberately blind to files that belong to other modules (profile photos, payslips, ticket attachments).
