Hiring the right person is only half the job — the other half is building a pipeline that is fast, fair, and fully documented from application to Day One. This course walks HR practitioners and hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment funnel used in Philippine companies, and shows how each decision point should be recorded so it survives an audit or a DOLE inspection.
You will learn how to structure applicant tracking, run structured interviews, route offer approvals, collect pre-employment requirements, and convert a successful candidate into an active employee profile without losing data along the way.

4.5Good content overall, though a couple of the modules felt short given how dense the topic is — I wanted more depth on negotiating counteroffers.
The last module on converting an applicant into an employee record was exactly what I needed since we were losing applicant history every time someone got hired.
The data privacy module clarified a lot of confusion my team had about how long to keep NBI clearances and resumes on file.
Finally a course that shows how to actually document each hiring decision instead of just listing best practices. The offer approval module alone fixed a bottleneck we had for months.
Very solid on process and compliance. Would have liked a downloadable scorecard template, but the explanation of how to build one was still useful.
The onboarding checklist module was gold — I used it almost word for word to rebuild our first-week orientation plan.
