ERPat HRIS Administrator Bootcamp
Teacher: Joseph Tan
About this course
This bootcamp is built for HR and IT staff who own the ERPat HRIS configuration for their company. You will move beyond basic data entry into the architecture decisions that shape how the whole organization works day to day: how departments are structured, how approvals route, and who can see what.
Using realistic Philippine company scenarios, you will configure a multi-branch organization from scratch, build role-based permission sets that respect data privacy under RA 10173, and design an onboarding pipeline that gets new hires productive on day one.
- Structure organizations, branches, departments, and establishments correctly in ERPat
- Design multi-level approval workflows for leave, overtime, and reimbursement
- Build least-privilege role and permission sets aligned to RA 10173 data privacy principles
- Configure employee 201-file onboarding and document checklists
- Set up team member job info, salary structures, and government-mandated benefit linkages
- Audit, test, and troubleshoot access and workflow configurations before go-live

4.5As our company's IT lead handling HRIS, the dual permission system explanation cleared up months of confusion about why some access changes did not take effect immediately.
Joseph's walkthrough on job info and salary history preservation saved us from a real audit headache when our external auditor asked for compensation timelines.
We used the onboarding checklist framework from Module 6 almost exactly as taught and cut our new-hire setup time significantly.
Very thorough, especially the RA 10173 tie-in for access permissions. I wish there were more downloadable templates for the permission matrix exercise.
Solid content but assumes you already know basic ERPat navigation, so I had to pause and look up some screens on my own before continuing.
The approval flow module alone was worth the course. I finally understand how to configure delegate approvers so requests do not stall when a manager is on leave.
