About this course
Stepping into your first team lead role is exciting and a little overwhelming, especially when you are still learning the ropes yourself. This course gives new and soon-to-be team leads a practical, no-nonsense toolkit for leading people day to day, without needing an HR background or a formal management degree.
Through short, applied lessons, you will build the habits that separate reactive supervisors from trusted leaders: coaching conversations, structured feedback, smart delegation, calm escalation handling, and fair accountability. Every lesson is grounded in real team scenarios common in Philippine workplaces.
