Key Responsibilities

Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
Dining Area Management
- Ensure tables are properly set before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints politely.
Operational Duties
- Process payments (cash or card) accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist in inventory management of food and beverages.
- Follow hotel service standards and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; hospitality-related degree preferred.
Experience: Prior work in restaurants, hotels, or bars is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverages (including wine service)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
