What you will do
- Build correlated KPI dashboards and reporting playbooks for implementation teams.
- Validate module-level data quality and flag process gaps before payroll close.
- Coordinate with support and engineering on data-driven defect triage.
What helps you succeed
- 3+ years in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and operational process mapping.
- Clear writing habits for recurring insights and risk reporting.
