  • Test ERP system modules and workflows to ensure they function according to requirements.
  • Identify, reproduce, document, and report bugs, errors, and unexpected system behavior.
  • Create and execute test cases and testing scenarios.
  • Validate resolved issues and confirm that fixes are working as expected.
  • Conduct testing based on actual client workflows and business processes.
  • Perform user acceptance and feature validation testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to investigate and resolve reported issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test results, bugs, and testing activities.
  • Help identify potential usability and functionality improvements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and applicants with or without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or ERP Systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of software development and software testing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of manual software testing.
  • Familiarity with test cases, bug reports, and regression testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or databases is an advantage.
  • Experience using issue-tracking or project management tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, Payroll, or business management systems is an advantage.

What We Offer

This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance, ERP systems, business processes, and software development while working closely with developers, project managers, and clients.
