About this role
We are seeking a Customer Center Agents who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
