Guide customers through payroll configuration, statutory setup, cutoff validation and go-live support.
What you will do
- Map customer payroll policies into ERPat settings and templates.
- Validate cutoff calculations, statutory deductions and payroll reports.
- Coordinate customer enablement sessions with HR and finance teams.
What helps you succeed
- Hands-on payroll operations or HRIS implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of Philippine statutory payroll requirements.
- Able to document configuration choices and open rollout risks.
