Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience in system analysis and ERP systems. This role goes beyond basic support—you’ll be involved in understanding workflows, diagnosing system issues, and helping improve business processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day technical support for ERP and internal systems
  • Analyze system issues and identify root causes (functional and technical)
  • Assist users in troubleshooting system, access, and data-related concerns
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of business applications
  • Work closely with developers to report bugs and validate fixes
  • Assist in system implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system processes
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and system functionality


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience in ERP systems or business applications support
  • Strong understanding of system analysis and business processes
  • Knowledge in databases (MySQL or similar) and basic query execution
  • Experience in troubleshooting web-based systems and user issues
  • Good communication skills (able to explain technical issues to non-technical users)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills


Nice to Have:

  •   Experience in SaaS platforms
  •   Basic knowledge in PHP or web development
  •   Experience handling client-facing support
