About this role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Admin Assistant Intern who is interested in gaining practical experience in office administration, documentation, record keeping, and basic accounting support.

The intern will assist with day-to-day administrative and accounting-related activities, including data encoding, document organization, invoice and receipt management, expense tracking, scheduling, and preparation of basic reports. This role provides practical exposure to administrative and financial processes within an actual business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and documentation.

  • Encode, organize, and maintain company records and information.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and expense records.

  • Help track and encode basic financial transactions.

  • Assist in checking documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper filing.

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.

  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, emails, and other office activities.

  • Help prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and administrative summaries.

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and other departments as needed.

  • Assist with data entry and other documentation-related tasks.

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, client, and financial information.

  • Perform other administrative and accounting support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Business Administration, Financial Management, Office Administration, or a related course.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and office productivity tools.

  • Good attention to detail, particularly when handling numbers, records, and documents.

  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to handle routine tasks accurately and meet assigned deadlines.

  • Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
