What do you include in a month-end HR dashboard?

Headcount movement, open approvals, attendance exceptions, overtime trend and pending onboarding tasks are the metrics our leaders ask about most.

I would include SLA aging for HR requests. It shows whether the team is keeping up, not only how many items were created.

Finance also likes payroll variance and benefit cost movement, but keep those in a separate section so the people dashboard does not become too dense.
